CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION DIFFERENT TYPES OF APPLICATION

Have you ever encountered a case requiring Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) before? CPR is a condition that occurs when the heart experiences sudden traumas, situations such as drowning or an accident.CPR is available in three different ways of application for adults, children and infants.

The first form of application is in adults.First, the patient's consciousness and oral cavity are checked. If there is something in the mouth,it is immediately removed. If there is consciousness, the patient is placed in a coma position,if there is no consciousness,CPR is started. After the patient is given the head-jaw maneuver, the place of the heart is marked by making the letter 2c on the patient's sternum and pressure is applied so that both hands are on top of each other.Do this pressure for 30 repetitions and give 2 artificial tennis for every 30 repetitions and repeat 5 times. It will continue until the first aid teams arrive.

The second method of application is children. Its use in children is quite different compared to its use in adults. In children, first of all, consciousness and the child's oral cavity are checked. If there is something in the mouth,it is removed. If there is consciousness the coma position is given,if not,the CPR application begins by applying the head-jaw maneuver to the child.Pressure application to the child's chest begins, provided that it is with one hand. This pressure continues for 30 repetitions with 2 artificial tenneffuses. There will be a total of 5 repetitions. In some children,it starts with 2 sunni tenneffus. The application is continued until the first aid teams arrive or until the patient becomes conscious.

Thirdly, its application in infants.Consciousness control in infants is understood from the reactions shown according to the month and age of whether the baby is breathing or not.The baby's mouth is checked before the baby's consciousness check is performed. If there is nothing, the stimulus is given. If there is no response to the stimulus, the head-jaw maneuver is performed. If there is no reaction in infants,CPR is started immediately. The onset in infants is with 2 artificial tennefus.Pressure is applied to the baby's heart with only two fingers.30 the pressure continues in the form of 2 artificial strokes,5 repetitions are performed. This process is continued until the baby becomes conscious or the first emergency teams arrive.

As a result, the application of CPR varies according to people and age group. There are 3 ways of application, including adults, children and infants. Its application in adults is two-handed,30 pressures,2 artificial respirations. It starts with two fingers in infants and one hand in children,2 artificial respiration, and continues with 30 heart compressions. To sum up,all forms of application are repeated 5 times. It continues until the patient regains consciousness or until emergency services arrive.
